Driven by a commitment to equality and inclusion, Grace has dedicated her career to making technology accessible to everyone. With over 15 years in various tech roles, from design to front-end development, she's increasingly focused on accessibility standards and testing.
Grace has assessed a diverse range of digital products, including Figma designs for NHS services (as part of GDS assessments), detailed code assessments and ongoing consultancy for public sector clients like the Climate Disclosure Project, plus auditing lots of websites and native apps for well-known brands.
Beyond accessibility assessments, Grace is keen to empower others. She often delivers training talks or workshops and mentors aspiring developers on accessibility foundations via Frontend Mentor.
