Photograph of Mayi, with shoulder-length dark brown wavy hair and fringe, smiling gently at the camera. She has a nose ring, visible tattoos on her shoulder and arm, and is wearing a black and cream checked top against a plain off-white background.

Mayi is a Senior Account Executive. She describes herself as an 'adaptor plug' helping to ensure everyone is aligned on an accessibility project.

After over a decade in brand, digital transformation, and user experience, Mayi discovered that the name for what she'd really been doing was accessibility, and never looked back. She's worked with customers across public, private, and 3rd sector from the Tate to PlayStation to the Ministry of Justice. She's passionate about being a safe space to ask the question you've always thought you shouldn't, and has helped teams across the world improve their accessibility confidence and capability.

Volunteering and helping to lift others up is important to Mayi. She volunteers as an Equal Opportunities Ambassador for Bristol-based charity Babbasa, mentoring young people starting out in the world of work.
