Intopia joins international accessibility alliance with TetraLogical, Infoaxia, and Equal Entry.
In December 2019 TetraLogical, Infoaxia, and Equal Entry jointly announced a new international accessibility alliance. Today we are pleased to announce that Intopia has joined us.
Intopia was founded in 2016 by Sarah Pulis, Adem Cifcioglu and Stewart Hay. With a vision of creating an inclusive digital world, Intopia has grown to be the largest accessibility and inclusive design agency in Australia and New Zealand. Intopia places the user at the centre of everything they do. They work closely with their clients to develop pragmatic outcomes that improve digital access for everyone. As a social enterprise, Intopia is are committed to supporting the community and gives a proportion of their time and revenue to initiatives that support people with disabilities.
On joining the alliance, Sarah Pulis of Intopia said:
Joining the alliance enables us to extend our existing accessibility expertise at Intopia, while also supporting the important work across the alliance. This will support our collective efforts as we work towards creating an inclusive digital world.
Having Intopia as a member of our alliance means we are all better able to:
- Assist global organizations to adhere to and understand regulations including WCAG and ATAG, Section 508, EN 301 549, and JIS X 8341-3 2016
- Pre-empt legal action under increasing disability legislation
- Develop and implement successful global accessibility strategies
- Reach more consumers with positive brand experiences

Founded in 2019 by Léonie Watson, TetraLogical is a company with inclusion at its heart. Our focus is on emerging as well as existing technologies, offering knowledge, experience, strategic, and development services to organisations around the world. Infoaxia was founded in 2004 by web accessibility expert Makoto Ueki. Infoaxia is offering consulting services for web accessibility to Japanese global companies, such as conducting audits and user tests, documenting in-house guidelines and rules, planning and providing training, advising web design companies as well as services upon request. Makoto has been contributing to the development of international and national web accessibility standards since 2003.
Equal Entry was founded in 2012 by accessibility expert Thomas Logan. After helping large companies and government agencies meet their accessibility goals for over a decade, Logan decided to start Equal Entry to improve public education about accessibility and close the gap between what was being taught and what needed to be taught. The company focuses on how people with disabilities actually use technology and how best to contribute to a more accessible world.
